Idrobase guarantees the material integrity of the articles at the moments of shipment. If you became damaged articles or articles, which were different from the ones, that you bought, you can ask for their replacement within 10 days from the date of their receipt by sending an e-mail to the address

and expressing your will to give us back the articles. You will write in your e-mail the reason of the return, the order number and the coordinates of your company. Idrobase s.r.l. will take care for organizing the withdrawal of the articles and their replacement, otherwise you will be reimbursed of the whole amount, if you do not choose this option.
